Business program of the «Russian field day»

The Central event of the business program of the exhibition is the plenary session "Results of sowing and harvesting in the Russian Federation in 2019". Within its framework, the leadership of the Ministry of agriculture, market participants and industry experts discussed plans for this year's harvest and will identify priority areas for the development of the Russian agricultural sector in the near future.

Minister of agriculture Dmitry Patrushev held a plenary session of the agrotechnical exhibition "Russian field day-2019", which was held at the St. Petersburg state agrarian University. During the event, members of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the leadership of the subjects and regional management bodies of agriculture, representatives of agricultural science and education, industry unions and associations, as well as the business community discussed the results of sowing and harvesting campaign in 2019.

As the Minister stressed, it is important to increase the production of basic crops is provided with quality seed material and mineral fertilizers, reclamation work and liming of acidic soils, scientific and personnel support of production. The head of the Ministry of agriculture also focused on the need to improve the quality of agricultural products, increase the availability of agricultural machinery, and provide farmers with mineral fertilizers.
