The opening ceremony was attended by Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexey Gordeev, Director General of the Food and agriculture organization of the United Nations (FAO) Tsuy Dungyu and Minister of agriculture of Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev.
Traditionally, opening the exhibition on the eve of the day of agricultural and processing industry workers, Dmitry Medvedev presented state awards and awarded honorary titles to the best employees of the industry.
The total area of the exhibition "Golden autumn-2019" was about 26.5 thousand square meters and covered all areas of agriculture.
Main sections of the exhibition:
- Regions of Russia. Foreign country
- The livestock breeding and animal husbandry
- Agricultural machinery and equipment for agroindustrial complex
- Equipment for animal husbandry. Veterinary science. Feed.
- Crop farming production means. Seed production.
In total, 50 regions of Russia and representatives of 17 foreign countries took part in the exhibition. In total, more than 1,500 exhibitors demonstrated their success at the "Golden autumn". More than 1000 representatives of Russian and foreign mass media covered the work of the largest review of agricultural achievements in Russia.
More than 140 thousand people visited the exhibition in four days.
Within the framework of the "Golden autumn", a rich business program was also organized, which included various formats of discussions and thematic areas.
The results of the main industry competitions were summed up at the Exhibition. The best enterprises and employees of the agro-industrial complex were awarded for their success in the production of high-quality food products, achievements in the development of breeding and commercial livestock, the creation of new varieties and hybrids of crops and in other areas.
