Farmers will sum up the results of sowing works in the framework of the exhibition "Russian field day»
The official opening of the agrotechnological exhibition "aRussian field day" will be held on July 11, Thursday. However, its main exhibition in the fields of the St. Petersburg state agrarian University will start working on the eve of July 10. On the same day, several important events are planned as part of the business program.
The main platform for business events "Russian field day-2019" will be the new educational and laboratory building of the St. Petersburg state agrarian University. On the first day of the exhibition, July 10, the international scientific and practical conference "Climate, soil fertility, agricultural technologies"will be held here. It is co-organized by the Russian-German forum "Petersburg dialogue" and "National movement of saving agriculture".
In addition, on the same day on the territory of the Agrophysical research Institute will be held a visiting conference dedicated to two anniversaries: the 55th anniversary of the State agrochemical service of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia and the 90th anniversary of the journal "Agrochemical Bulletin".
The key day of the exhibition – July 11-will begin with the opening ceremony, which will be attended by the Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev and the Governor of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko. The official delegation will get acquainted with the latest achievements of the industry: samples of agricultural crops will be presented on experimental plots, and new developments of agricultural technology - at special demonstrations.
The main event on the day of the official opening of the exhibition will be the plenary session "Results of sowing and harvesting in the Russian Federation in 2019".
One of the important thematic vectors of the exhibition's business program will be the digitalization of the industry. It will be dedicated to the conference " Digitalization of agricultural production: Precision agriculture as a basis for improving the competitiveness of domestic agricultural producers." In addition, it is within the framework of the "Russian field day" that the selection rounds of the student competition "Dreams and realities of digital agriculture" will be held.
A number of interesting events were prepared by the partners of the exhibition. For example, the PhosAgro Group organizes a scientific and practical seminar "quality Management of crop production for stable implementation of the export potential of the Russian agro-industrial complex". JSC "Schelkovo agrohim", in turn, together with the Ministry of agriculture of Russia will hold a panel discussion "Reveal the potential of crops, program yield and affect profits."
On the final day of the exhibition, July 12, there will be a podium discussion dedicated to the exchange of experience in the field of information support of seed turnover between Russia and Germany.
Measures to improve the quality of supplied machinery and equipment within the framework of the agro-industrial complex will be discussed at the round table, which will be hosted by the St. Petersburg tractor plant.
